Scheduled Airport Departures – 15 mins from scheduled pick up time. Applies to all vehicle types.

Scheduled City Transfers – 15 mins from scheduled pick up time. Applies to all vehicle types.

If you do not board the vehicle or show up within the FREE Waiting Time Limit policy, your booking order will be cancelled and it will be treated as PASSENGER NO SHOW.

There is no refund for PASSNEGER NO SHOW.

Waiting time policy

Waiting time is charged at $1.00 per min after the FREE Waiting Time Limit policy ends.

Majority of the pick up locations in the city center do not allow waiting and parking of vehicles.

Please standby and wait at the pick up point and ensure you are ready to go to avoid any any additional Waiting Time Fees or Passenger No Show Cancellation Fees.

Passenger No Show

A fair cancellation policy should be transparent, reasonable and balanced, respecting both the Rider’s need for flexibility and our driver partners’ time and effort. 

You may cancel your booking order for Free within 3 mins time frame for any On-demand city transfer SPREE rides.

A $5 Cancellation Fee applies if you cancel after 3 mins of a driver confirmation.

A minimum 6 hour Cancellation notice is required for all prebooked and scheduled Airport arrivals, departures or city transfers.

Full Cancellation fee applies for all Airport arrivals, departures and city transfers within 6 hours of your prebooked scheduled rides. There is no refund for Pre-booked and Scheduled Airport arrivals, departures and city transfers if you cancel the booking order within 6 hours of your scheduled booking.

These fees are designed to compensate our driver partners for their time and effort against last-minute cancellations that could otherwise disrupt their income and schedules.

You may request for only one additional pick-up or drop off points in your mobile app.

There is an additional charge of $10 for an any additional pick-up or drop off point.

If you need more than 1 pick-up or drop off, please book under hourly charter.

If you request for additional pick up or drop off, Free waiting time is limited to only 5 mins during the additional pick up or drop off. Waiting time fees apply after 5 mins.

Please book according to the vehicle luggage capacity.

You may carry one standard sized luggage or suitcase or one hand-carry carrier per passenger.

A hand carry suitcase is considered as 1 typical luggage.

Overloading of luggage is against traffic regulations and also against the terms and conditions. 

We do not accommodate bulky items or big and heavy boxes.

A standard sized luggage/suitcase is typically 24 inches (59 X 41 X 24 cm)

All our driver partners’ vehicles are equip with one child seat at no additional cost.

If you are travelling with a baby we recommend you book a Premium MPV People Carrier or Executive Premium vehicle.

Age is never a barrier

If you are senior citizens or travelling with an elderly old folks, please book under SPREE Elderly Rides. 

We understand our elderly and senior citizens may have physical limitations. Our On-demand city transfers Free waiting time grace period will be extended to 8 mins.

We offer a Personal Escort service from your door step pick up specially for the Elderly if there is a need.

Spree Elderly

We are animal lovers, but not all our driver partners share our love.

Pets are welcomed onboard only on our SPREE Pets rides.

Please ensure your pets are leashed, muzzled and/or caged. 

Please use a Minibus if you are travelling with a big sized dog like a Golden Retriever or Labrador.

Spree Pets

Some vehicles are wheelchair friendly. If you have mobility issues and need wheelchair assistance, please book a MPV Wheelchair car. If you are travelling with a wheelchair, please ensure your wheelchair is foldable and can be fully secured.

There is no charge for “Change of Destination” if your drop-off point is less than 5 km from the original destination.

The fare will be automatically displayed in your mobile app when you key in your new destination.

There may be additional waiting time fees if you require the driver to carry on waiting for you beyond the FREE Waiting Time Limit policy.

Other than that, there are no additional fees payable in your booking.

There are no toll fees, parking fees, airport surcharge fees, platform fees, transaction fees, surge pricing fees, raining fees, sunny fees or any other hidden booking fees.

All the fares are stated clearly and upfront in your SPREE mobile app. 

If you had left your mobile phone or personal belongings in a vehicle.

We know how frustrating this can be and will do everything we can to help.

If you left your phone or personal belongings in a vehicle on a trip that you requested, the rider who requested the trip must report the lost item in their own app:

  1. Tap “Account” and then “Trips.”
  2. Select the trip on which you lost your item.
  3. Tap “Find lost item” and then “Contact driver about a lost item.”
  4. The person who requested the trip can enter their phone number to call the driver and coordinate the return of your personal item/phone.
  5. If you are not able to contact the driver, go back to the “Find lost item” page and select “I couldn’t reach my driver about a lost item.” You can fill out the form and we’ll be in touch to help.

 

Things to note:

  • For security reasons, you may need to verify your identity and account.
  • By giving us permission to share your number, you understand that we will share this phone number with your driver for this specific trip and the driver may contact you directly using this phone number. We are not responsible for the driver’s use of the phone number you have agreed to share.
  • To pay the driver for their time and effort for returning your personal item or phone. And your account may be charged a return fee once your personal item/phone is returned.

 

While we do sincerely hope you get your personal item back, neither SPREE.LIMO nor our driver partners are responsible for any personal items or belongings left in the vehicle after a trip ends.

It is ultimately your own personal responsibility to take care of your own personal belongings. We do not guarantee that the driver would find your personal item/belongings or can safely deliver it to you within your expectations.
